How we work
You get a dated milestone plan before kickoff and a working staging URL from the first build sprint.
We map your goals, users and constraints, then agree on scope and success metrics before anyone opens an editor.
Clickable prototypes and a design system in Figma, so you can react to the real thing rather than a description of it.
Weekly demos on a live staging URL. You see working software every sprint — no black-box development.
Deployment, QA, analytics, performance budgets and 30 days of post-launch support included as standard.
Why teams pick us
Every build ships against a Core Web Vitals budget. Fast pages rank higher and convert better — we treat that as part of the spec, not an optimisation to schedule later.
No account manager relay. You are in a shared channel with the engineers and designers on your project, with a weekly demo on a live URL.
Source code, repositories, infrastructure and design files are yours from the first commit. No lock-in, no licensing games, no hostage situations.
FAQ
Still unsure about something? Ask us directly — we answer scoping questions before you commit to anything.
Most projects we take on fall between a focused marketing site and a multi-month product build, so the honest answer is that it depends on scope. After a short discovery call we send a fixed-price proposal with a breakdown per milestone — no hourly surprises. If the budget and the scope do not line up, we will tell you that on the call rather than three weeks in.
A marketing site or landing page is usually 2–4 weeks. A web app or MVP is typically 8–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Mobile apps run slightly longer because of app store review. You get a dated milestone plan before we start, and a working staging URL from the first build sprint.
Next.js and React for web, React Native for mobile, and Node.js, Express, Laravel or NestJS on the backend with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB. We deploy to Vercel, AWS or your own infrastructure with Docker. We pick from a stack we know deeply rather than chasing whatever launched last month.
Yes — a large share of our work is MVPs and first products for founders who need to get something real in front of users. We scope those tightly on purpose, so you spend budget validating the idea instead of building features nobody has asked for yet.
Yes. We take on rescue projects, rebuilds and feature work on existing codebases, and we can embed alongside an in-house team. We start with a short audit so both sides know the state of the code before committing to a plan.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bugs and fixes. After that you can move onto a monthly retainer for ongoing development, monitoring and maintenance, or take the code and run it yourself — you own all of it either way.
We work with clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. We keep a guaranteed overlap window with your working hours for calls and demos, and everything asynchronous runs through a shared channel so nothing waits a full day for an answer.
Insights
Core Web Vitals are now a confirmed Google ranking factor. Here's a practical, no-fluff guide to understanding and improving LCP, INP, and CLS for your Next.js site.
A design system isn't just a component library — it's a shared language between designers and developers. Here's how we build ours with Tailwind CSS and keep it sustainable.
We migrated all our client projects to the Next.js App Router over the past year. Here are the hard-won lessons, the gotchas we hit, and the patterns we've settled on.
A short call, an honest scope and a fixed-price proposal. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
