Overview

What it does

ProjectPro brings the scattered parts of a construction business together in one system: sales, projects, sites, materials, purchasing, labor and finance. Engineers use it from a phone on site and owners read it from a laptop in the office. It's built for contractors, developers and real estate firms in Bangladesh, in Bangla and English.

Every company in its own space

Each construction company gets its own account, with its own projects, users, branding, letterhead and settings, and no way to see, or even discover, any other company on the platform.

Inside a company, access works on two axes: what a person is allowed to do, and which projects they can do it on. A site engineer can file daily reports for their own site and see nothing of another. Built-in roles, from project manager, site engineer and storekeeper to procurement officer, accountant, sales executive and auditor, can be cloned and adjusted to fit how your firm is organised. Payroll, land documents and client finances sit behind their own permissions, so broad project access never exposes them by accident.

From lead to booking

The CRM holds every client and investor, with their agreements, transactions and full communication history. Leads move through a pipeline from inquiry to site visit, booking and sale, with SMS, email and WhatsApp follow-ups, call logs and scheduled site visits and meetings.

Projects, down to the flat

Each project breaks down into buildings, floors and units, with a timeline, milestones, tasks for engineers and contractors, progress photos and videos, and flagged delays. A central dashboard shows every project's budget, timeline and progress side by side.

For joint-venture land-share projects, ProjectPro tracks each flat as available, booked, sold or allocated to the landowner, and keeps the developer's share and the landowner's share apart.

Estimate first, then track against it

Bills of quantities and cost estimates set out the material and labor requirements before work starts, and become the baseline for budget-versus-actual tracking once it does. Contracts and work orders are linked to their projects, phases and subcontractors, with status and renewal dates tracked.

Materials, requisitions and purchasing

Sites raise material and cash requisitions that move through approval by the site engineer, project manager and finance before becoming purchase orders. Purchasing covers vendors, purchase orders, received materials, purchase invoices and outstanding payables. Stock (cement, rod, brick, sand and the rest) is tracked from purchase to warehouse to site, with transfers, usage, wastage and low-stock alerts.

The site, every day

Daily site reports record the manpower present, materials used, work completed, site expenses and progress notes for each site, building an audit trail you can rely on in a progress or cost dispute. Labor teams are assigned by project, with attendance (including QR or biometric check-in) and wages. Subcontractors have their own assigned work, contracts, bills and payments, and payroll covers both permanent staff and daily-wage labor.

Money in, money out

Track income and every kind of expense per project, compare budget with actual cost, and follow payments to and from clients, suppliers, subcontractors and staff. Clients get installment plans with due-date reminders and penalty rules, sales agents' commissions are tracked, and invoices are VAT-compliant for NBR. Dashboards show running and completed projects, revenue, expenses, outstanding client payments, supplier payables, stock, labor costs and profitability, and every report exports to PDF and Excel.

What's next

On the roadmap: landowner share reconciliation, live tracking of material use against the BOQ, QA/QC checklists, a RAJUK approval tracker, document management, a self-service portal for buyers, and an offline-first mobile app for site engineers.
