MediTrack
Mobile health tracking app with AI-powered insights
We build complete mobile products for iOS and Android — the app, the backend and API behind it, and everything needed to get it approved and into both stores.
Overview
The app is only the part people see. Behind it sit accounts, data, payments, notifications and an API — and behind those, servers that have to stay up. We build all of it as one product, so the app and its backend are designed together rather than bolted together afterwards.
We handle the whole path to release: design, build, backend, testing on real devices and the store submission itself. Both platforms are built from one shared codebase, so iOS and Android launch together and stay in step. You see the app running on your own phone from the first sprint.

30 days of fixes included, then an optional retainer for OS updates and new features.

Insights
Most first versions take 8–12 weeks from kickoff, plus time for App Store and Google Play review. The exact timeline depends on scope, which is why we agree a dated milestone plan before any work starts.
For most products, cross-platform is the better trade: one codebase, one team, and performance users cannot tell apart from native. We recommend fully native Swift or Kotlin only when the app leans heavily on platform-specific capabilities — and we will say so on the scoping call if that is your case.
Yes. We prepare the store listings, handle signing and build configuration, and take the app through review on both stores. Your developer accounts stay in your name, so you own the listings.
Yes. We build the API and backend in Node.js, NestJS or Laravel and host it on AWS, or integrate with a backend you already run. Most apps also need an admin dashboard on the web, and the same team builds that too.
