Cloud and DevOps services that make every release boring
We set up and run the AWS infrastructure behind SaaS, web and mobile products: environments, deployment pipelines, containers, and the monitoring that tells you something is wrong before your customers do.
Overview
Infrastructure you own and can read
A good release is one nobody notices. That takes groundwork: environments that match each other, deployments that run the same way every time, and a rollback that works on the first try. We build that groundwork so shipping stops being an event.
Infrastructure is defined as code and kept in your repository, in your cloud account. Nothing lives only in someone's head or on someone's laptop, and you can take it over or hand it to another team whenever you choose.
Technologies we use
- AWS
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- GitHub Actions
- Terraform
What's included
Cloud & DevOps: what's included
Every engagement is scoped up front, so you know exactly what is being delivered before work starts.
AWS infrastructure
Production, staging and preview environments on AWS, sized for your traffic and your budget.
CI/CD pipelines
Automated build, test and deploy on every merge with GitHub Actions.
Containers & orchestration
Docker images and, where the scale justifies it, Kubernetes.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform definitions, so environments are reproducible and changes are reviewable.
Monitoring & alerting
Uptime, error and performance monitoring with alerts that reach a person.
Security & backups
Access control, secrets management, patching, and backups that have been tested by restoring them.
Where it fits
The infrastructure work we take on
Launch-ready infrastructure
Production, staging and preview environments for a new product.
Pipeline automation
Replacing manual deploys with a tested, repeatable release process.
Cost & reliability reviews
Finding what you are overpaying for, and what will fall over first.
Insights
Reading on cloud and DevOps
Which cloud platform do you use?
AWS. It is the platform we work on every day, so we know its services, its pricing and the ways it fails. If you are already on another provider, we will review the setup honestly and tell you whether moving is worth the effort.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Usually not. Most products run well on managed platforms or a handful of containers, and Kubernetes adds operational cost that only pays off at real scale. We recommend the simplest setup that meets your reliability needs.
Can you work inside our existing AWS account?
Yes — that is our preference. Everything is built in your account with access you control, so you own the infrastructure and can revoke our access at any time.
What does a CI/CD pipeline actually give us?
Every change is built, tested and deployed the same way, automatically. That means fewer broken releases, a staging environment that matches production, and the confidence to ship small changes often instead of large ones rarely.
