Overview

What it does

EazyBiz turns opening an online store into a sign-up rather than a development project. A business creates an account, adds its products and goes live on its own web address, with a storefront for its customers and a dashboard for running the shop.

Three parts, one platform

  • The storefront is a Next.js site where customers browse products, add them to a cart, check out and manage their accounts. Each store has its own theme and configuration.
  • The store dashboard is where the owner manages products, orders, customers, payments, shipping and content, and keeps an eye on how the business is doing.
  • The platform console is where the platform operator oversees every store on the system.

What store owners manage

  • Products, categories and brands
  • Orders, through their full lifecycle
  • Customer accounts and profiles
  • Payment gateways and zone-based shipping rates
  • Coupons
  • Pages, blog posts, homepage sliders and banners
  • A dashboard of key business metrics

Stores kept apart by design

Every store shares one codebase and one database, but its data is isolated automatically: each record belongs to a business, and every query is scoped to the store making the request. Stores are recognised by their domain, so a customer visiting one shop only ever sees that shop. Owners sign in with token-based, role-based access that is limited to their own business, and every endpoint validates its input.

One update reaches every store

Because every store runs on the same codebase, improvements and fixes reach all of them at once. No store is left behind on an old version.
