Aagami

Aagami brings the running of a school into one system: the office that handles admissions and fees, the teachers who take attendance and enter marks, and the students and guardians who need to see notices, results and what's due this month.

One platform, many schools

Aagami is multi-tenant. Every school runs on its own domain or subdomain, with its own data, settings and website theme, while all of them share one codebase. Each school's records are isolated automatically at the data layer, so one school can never see another's students, fees or results. A separate super-admin console manages every school on the platform.

For the school office

Students come in through individual admission, bulk admission or online admission applications, and land in one register organised by class, section, shift, group and student type. Teachers get profiles, departments and assignments. Class routines, lesson plans, the syllabus, study materials and homework all sit alongside the classes they belong to.

Exams and results

Set up exam types and terms, schedule exams and record exam attendance. Configure how marks are calculated, enter them per subject, and Aagami produces grades, marksheets and results. Admit cards and student information sheets print from the same data.

Fees that generate themselves

Define fee categories (tuition, library, lab, sports and so on) and allocate them to classes, either for every month or for specific months. Each month Aagami generates every student's fees as a single monthly bill with a breakdown by category, so students and guardians see exactly what they're paying for: the total, any discount, what's been paid and what's still due. Waivers and removals adjust fees for individual students.

Staff, library and accounts

HR covers designations, leave types and applications, salary grades and payroll. The library module tracks books and members, and handles issues and returns. Accounting records income and expenses by category.

Certificates and ID cards

Design certificate and ID card templates once, then print certificates and generate ID cards for students and teachers whenever you need them.

The school's website and student panel

Every school gets a public website with a choice of themes, a drag-and-drop menu builder, notices, events, homepage slides, photo albums and the admission form. Students and guardians register with OTP verification and sign in to their own panel for notices, their profile and their fees month by month. The panel also includes a built-in shop with a cart, wishlist, coupons and order history.

Attendance machines and the mobile app

Aagami connects to ZKTeco biometric and RFID attendance machines. When a student or teacher punches in, their attendance is marked automatically. A mobile app gives students, guardians and teachers their own access to the school, running on the same data through its own secure API.

What's next

Support for coaching centers is planned, alongside schools: batches and courses, question banks, quizzes and live classes.
